What Streamary TV is

Streamary TV is a media player. It does not include, sell or host any TV channels, films or series. You add your own playlist (M3U link or Xtream Codes login) from a provider you are licensed to use; the app plays it on your device.

Data we process

• Device information: a Device ID derived from your TV's hardware identifier (or a random ID), a 6-digit Device Key, platform, model, app version, IP address and the time the app last connected. Used to activate your subscription, show your playlists on the right device and prevent misuse.
• Playlists you add: playlist name, link, username and password, and optional EPG link. Stored so the app can load them on your device; sent only to your device.
• Subscription and payments: plan, dates and amount. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. From Stripe we receive your name, email address and phone number to confirm the payment and to contact you about your subscription.
• Messages: if you gave an email address or WhatsApp number, we send service messages (subscription activated, subscription ending soon). WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business service.
• On your device only: favourites, watch progress, profiles, parental PIN and language are stored locally in the app.

We do not use advertising trackers, sell personal data or build advertising profiles. Channel and video streams go directly from your playlist provider to your device.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Providing the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b)); keeping records required by tax law (Art. 6(1)(c)); preventing misuse and keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep data

Device and playlist data: while your device is registered, and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete it. Payment records: as long as tax law requires (usually 10 years).

Service providers

Hosting of our servers; Stripe (payments); Meta WhatsApp Business (optional messages); our email provider (optional messages); your IPTV provider (only for lines you choose to buy through us). They process data only on our behalf or to provide their service.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by contacting us at the address above with your Device ID. You may also complain to a data protection authority.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16. Parents can lock content with the app's parental PIN.
